We at Merlin Office Ltd have in one way or other been involved in the supply and maintenance office equipment since the late 1960’s. With our service manager Keith Woods joining us in the late 1980’s we have a wealth of knowledge that ensures our customers get the very best service available. We don’t have a “sales department” driven by targets and commission selling whatever is the best for them and their pockets but prefer instead to offer “technician based” sales where you, the valued customer get the correct device for the job as ultimately it is our technicians that have to look after the device going forward.

Develop

Develop are a brand that we had wanted to represent for a number of years. Having secured a dealership in 2018 Develop devices now make up the majority of our managed printer & MFP sales. Develop devices offer unrivalled print quality and reliability, there’s a reason why so many print shops choose to use Develop MFP’s. They are also extremely economical to run with colour prints costing from under 3pence. If you are looking for the very best print results then a colour printer or MFP from Develop is for you.

Utax

It was almost full circle with us and Utax when we became dealers in 2013 having originally sold Olympia Utax photocopiers back in the late 80’s. Utax offer a large range of competitively priced mono and colour printers and MFP’s. Their office colour devices have a unique “3 tier” billing system where you only pay for the amount of colour used on the you documents you print. If you need a managed printer or MFP on a budget then Utax have a device for you.

With our Develop and Utax devices we offer “cost per page” maintenance contracts where for a set amount per print/copy we service and maintain the device as well as provide all toner. This type of managed print is ideal for small to large offices allowing you to keep your print costs under control.

For home office and personal use we also supply printers and MFP’s from many other brands including Brother, Canon, Epson and HP.
