How do I return something?

We will work with you to either replace, return or refund your goods.
Please contact us within:
5 days of receiving your order if your item is missing/wrong/damaged.
14 days if your item is no longer required.
Refunds
Refunds are made excluding any collection charges.
For a straightforward refund on an unwanted product, the item needs to be in a re-saleable condition in its original packaging.
Some electronic items may require contact to the manufacturer directly.
We are not able to accept returns for the following:
- Food and drink
- Dated products (diaries, calendars, wall planners)
- 'Special order' products
- Furniture unless faulty/damaged
